The Mama Roma restaurant chain is known for its traditional Italian cuisine, and the interiors of all its locations replicate the style of a typical trattoria. In this project, it was decided to depart from the usual norms.
The restaurant owners used the style of the 80s, disco, and ABBA in the menu design, and these experiments ultimately influenced the creation of an alternative interior concept. The clients decided to innovate and approved a bright interior design project—with bold disco balls in the hall, concrete walls, and an open ventilation system characteristic of loft-style spaces.
