Since the 19th century, a pawnshop operated here, followed by a furniture factory. Architects Ivan Slupsky, Pavel Syuzor, and Nikolai Basin worked on the development. To reveal the texture of the old building as much as possible, it was decided to abandon the graffiti on the walls, traditional for the Ribbon chain. Therefore, the bright details of the interior that emphasize the spirit of modern St. Petersburg are graffiti paintings in the "print on glass" technique by artist Lesha Burston, one of the top graffiti artists of the Kardo award, a participant in the Bazart art fair, street art festivals, and the author of graffiti on the walls of buildings on Borovaya Street and the Obvodny Canal in St. Petersburg.
